Learning to Live
"Happy the man, and happy he alone,
He, who can call to-day his own:
He who, secure within, can say:
'To-morrow, do thy worst, for I have liv'd to-day."
-Horace
Sometimes we are so worried about what the future will bring for us, that we forget to live in the moment and enjoy what we have here and now. When was the last time you enjoyed "here and now"?

Matthew 6:34

All that we are is the result of what we have
thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil
thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or
acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him,
like a shadow that never leaves him.
